Amazing Customer Service!
I ordered a small, and the coat was a little bigger than I expected, and they responded immediately and said to keep the S coat as a gift, and that they would send an XS coat right away. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to leave them a review because I haven't had amazing customer service like this in a long time.

Hefty coat! Recommend.
I'm usually a medium or small, 5'3 and like 125-130 lbs. I went with a medium of the padded kind. It actually fit pretty perfect, and is quite hefty! The buttons are a bit hard to get in the holes as others have stated, but like if one pops off just sew it back on, right? Hood is a good size with a flip on it so things shouldn't roll off onto your face. Good length. Wish it looked a little slimmer, but considering it's for winter and has room for a sweater, it's slim enough. Any less and it might not fit my armpits.
