Very pleased with this coat. I almost could size down, but this will fit in the shoulders and sleeves perfectly with a sweater on. I'm cold-natured, so I'll keep the Large. is heavy. The scarf is thin but a nice neutral color (blue and taupe but the blue is so light it's almost a grey) and was attached at the back of the collar with a T shaped plastic price tag thing (you know, the ones made of fishing line). It was easy to cut off. The only thing is, I wish this were belted at the waist, because it doesn't nip in enough and conceals my figure. But I suppose with a sweater underneath it won't matter much. There are only 2 pockets (in front at the waist), and they're very deep. Half my forearm fits in them, or my cell phone, keys, gloves, hat. This is well-made, would buy again in a heartbeat. The color is better in person than in the stock photos. I ordered the heathered grey I believe which is more of a light taupe (more of a light brown, no black in it). Good color for a blonde. Looks nice with brown boots and brown purse. There is no hood, so I need to find a good hat to match this. I believe this coat is dry clean and scarf is hand wash lay flat to dry. Good investment piece, very sturdy. I got this at an excellent twenty six bucks in summertime. Better quality than expected. I feel this is more sturdy than my London Fog trench coat. I paid a hundred bucks for that one at the mall ten years ago.
